The Upper End of the Pin is a Small Scoop for Ear Wax. Hairpins with Scoop Ends were Made during the Late Ming Dynasty, there are a few in the Wu-his Museum from Late Ming Burials but the present piece more Likely Dated to the 18th Century. Unsigned.
